In 1951, Ms. Liu Decen of the Chung Yi Social Welfare Foundation built Chung Yi orphanage, in order to help displaced children and
commemorate the "loyalty" spirit of her great-grandfather, General Liu Mingchuan. Through a complete service system, they help children have the protection of life, schooling, and medical care, and feel the warmth of home. We admire the dedication of the Chung Yi, and want to help the abandoned babies or children, so we donated supplies to Chung Yi orphanage.
